Scared that what we are eating is ‘wrong’?
Unsatisfied or frustrated with your food?
Having a rough day and giving up and eating whatever we feel like?
Well, it’s time to get some good education around food and start making good decisions based on fact rather than fiction!
Our aim is that you leave the workshop with some concrete actions to take forward.

to a brand new workshop aimed at helping you start to move away from dietary fads and understand what food parts are causing you difficulty.
This two-hour workshop will help identify if your current diet is working for you and look at some simple changes
This training will not only help you find a way of eating that supports your individual health but also how you can begin to move forward into a different relationship within food.
