Head Trainer and Founder of Have a Hart Fitness. Mark is a highly qualified personal trainer and specialises in working with the over 25’s. He will be able to help you with in injury prevention, rehabilitation, conditioning and weight loss.

Personal Trainer

Helen is a new addition to the team and a fully qualified Personal Trainer, her enthusiasm
encourages all who attend her classes and she is especially understanding of those who may lack
confidence in a typical gym environment.

Helen enjoys all types of exercise and loves helping people find ways to enjoy it too.

Helen focuses on strengthening, toning, flexibility and mobility and is also available for private one to one personal
training sessions, with exclusive use of the Have A Hart Fitness gym.

Cycling Instructor

Jess is the right hand woman to Mark and is always on hand for the indoor cycling classes and circuit class training.

Jess is highly motivating and always there to pick you up when you are struggling for motivation.

Sioux Clare-King

Circuit Instructor

Sioux has been teaching fitness classes and PT for 20 years teaching all genres ages and abilities. Circuits MMA Weights Aerobics Step Spin Aqua LBT Yoga Swiss Ball Pilates you name it she teaches it!

Her passion for fitness started in her teens when she started regularly attending classes and going to the gym

Exercise is as vital as food and sleep in your daily life

Sioux will look after your individual fitness needs and goals and will encourage you all the way

Kim Brown

Sports Massage Therapist

Kim Brown has been a therapist for 6 years after completing Level 5 Sport & remedial
massage at the London school of sports massage (LSSM).

Kim also has a  BA in Sport at Brunel Uni. and level 1 & 2 triathlon coaching followed by a medical
Acupuncture and Dry Needling course.

Regularly at my practice i treat injuries and loosen muscles. I work towards improving
mobility and postural correction. Massage can induce the feeling of relaxation and
wellbeing.

Mark started coaching Sports and Fitness in 1999 leaving school and going into Sports and Coaching Qualifications at College and later University and qualified privaley as a
Personal Trainer and Group exercise instructor.

After studying in London, California and Reykjavik, I became a CrossFit Coach and opened a local CrossFit Box, specialising in Gymnastic movements. I now work as Head Coach at Reebok CrossFit Connect in Brighton whilst running my PT and Sports Therapy business.

I teach indo cycling classes as they give a massive endorphin rush and I love the Music!

Nutritional Therapist,

Zoe is a registered and certified Nutritional Therapist, who graduated from her training with distinction.

Zoe works with clients individually to help them to use food to better support their health. She has also presented on nutrition topics in the corporate world, taught on cookery and nutrition workshops, and spent four years as an academic tutor to nutrition students.

Being a mum of 2 she understands the pressures of juggling work, childcare, and putting a healthy meal on the table, and so she is passionate about making good food ‘do-able’ for busy people.Please visit my site here.

Louise is here to offer support with bookings/cancellations, queries on gym membership types and any other questions you may have with regards to gym sessions.  I am here to help you as much as possible, you can also see me after a session if I am in your group and welcome any suggestions you may have to keep Have a Hart offering you what you need.

Counselling Psychologist

Claire is a Counselling Psychologist and is passionate about seeing you as a whole person. The diagnostic labels that exist within our mental health system, help me understand part of what might be happening for you, yet of most importance is understanding and being with you, hearing the uniqueness of your story.

Claire specialises in eating difficulties and will help you to understand the psychological challenges that you may be experiencing. Claire also has extensive experience working with symptoms of Bulimia, Binge eating, compulsive eating, anorexia and individuals who are struggling to lose weight.
