Head Trainer and Founder of Have a Hart Fitness. Mark is a highly qualified personal trainer and specialises in working with the over 25’s. He will be able to help you with in injury prevention, rehabilitation, conditioning and weight loss.

Jess is the right hand woman to Mark and is always on hand for the indoor cycling classes and circuit class training.

Jess is highly motivating and always there to pick you up when you are struggling for motivation.
