Terms & Conditions

 

There is a 3 month minimum sign up for all memberships provided by Have a Hart Fitness.

All purchases are payable in advance by BACS/Direct Debit through Go-Cardless or payable on the day by cash for your first session in full only. Payments by cheques are not accepted.

All memberships are in a monthly plan according to what membership you wish to sign up to.

All sessions must be booked via our online booking system before attending, we can’t guarantee a space if you haven’t booked online.

All sessions can be cancelled and re-booked but you must give 24 hours notice otherwise you are unable to do this and will be counted. Pay as you go is only available for your first session and will be charged according to the current rate and full payment is required.

Memberships can be downgraded but one months notice must be given. (last day for notice is the first day of that month, if later you will not be able to downgrade the following months membership). This is to be e-mailed only to – mark@haveahartfitnessfamily.co.uk

Cancellation and freezing of memberships must be given with one months notice. (last day for notice is the first day of that month, if later you will be expected to pay a full months membership the following month). This is to be e-mailed only to – mark@haveahartfitnessfamily.co.uk

Personal Training and Small Group Personal Training only

If sessions are not used within the month due to holiday or sickness, we simply make the session up before or after – if you have 2 weeks off then we target your training for 2 weeks before or 2 weeks when you come back or we split it – one before and one after.

If this isn’t suitable we can alter your monthly amount for membership.

Please note a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel and re-booked if you are unable to attend a session otherwise the appointment will be counted and full payment is required.

Fitness Classes & Semi-Private Training only

Fitness classes –  Membership is either 1, 2 or unlimited and charged accordingly.

Semi-Private Training –  Membership are a max of 3 x sessions in our studio but unlimited online and charged at the standard rate no matter how many sessions you want to book and attend per month.

Please note a minimum of 24 hours notice is required to cancel to allow others to attend, you can be re-booked within that month subject to availability if you are unable to attend a session, otherwise the appointment will be counted.

No sessions are carried over each month if you are unable to attend and re-book that month.

Failure to give 24 hours for cancellations may result in your bookings being restricted.

If sessions are not used within the month due to holiday or sickness, you are responsible for booking and attending sessions that make up those that you have missed within that month. (subject to availability)

Full membership payment is required each month, this will only be adjusted if you are on holiday for 2 weeks or more.

We will in some cases offer to “freeze” your membership if you are away for more than 2 weeks in a month.

Covid19/Infections

All memebers must follow the current Government guidelines when attending sessions, if you feel unweel, have any symptoms, been in contact with someone who has symptoms or recieves a text message from the government that they have been in contact with a other person who has symptoms or is tested positive, then you mustn’t attend any sessions in our studio for up to a period of 14 days.

Membership will be frozon during this time.

Annual Leave/Christmas 

Marks and Jess annual leave –  memberships will be adjusted accordingly.

Christmas period –  memberships will be adjusted accordingly.

Cancellations, Freezing and Downgrading Membership Policy

The also includes unusual Circumstances.

Refunds

Consumer rights of 14 days for refunds is excluded from leisure services purchased for a particular time frame.

Only Under exceptional circumstances due to illness or health a doctors certificate is required for a refund.

Purchases of Personal training/Semi-private Personal training/ Transformation programmes/Classes and Sports massage are not refundable or transferable

A 2.5% charge is applied to any refund on the discretion of Mark Hart.

Late Payments

There is a 10% administration fee for late or failed payments of your total amount due. This will be taken as a separate transaction.

Additional memberships

Additional membership fitness classes for each month that are not included in your monthly membership will be charged at a discounted rate of £5.00 per extra class.

Additional personal training sessions for each month that are not included in your monthly membership will be charged at a discounted rate of £25 per extra session.
